Inspired by Belgian street food and Erica's family recipes, Chef Travis has created a menu based on simple flavors that pair well with beer. Sweet and savory crêpes are a staple, as well as house-made soups and stews, charcuterie boards, vegetables au gratin (this means cheesy goodness) and meat & potatoes. And of course, Belgian frites!
The Bière Library features 8-12 rotating draft beers and a variety of bottles and cans in an assortment of styles. Explore classic Belgian saisons next to new world interpretations, indulge in the best of the Northwest's IPAs, or kick back with a bright, refreshing lager.
Not a beer drinker? There is room at the table for everyone! Cider, mead, and wine options are available as well as our four rotating sipping spirits on the liquor optic, each with a corresponding seasonal cocktail.
